Background as accountant and CEO of a Copenhagen-based law-firm. Kim has worked in the wind industry since 2000 advising clients and managing turbines and solar projects.
Kim formed the company in 2005 with the purpose of creating an independent Asset Manager within the wind energy, and later solar energy sector.
Besides being the CEO of Momentum, Kim is responsible for sourcing, sales and business development.

Head of Finance
Background as state-authorized public accountant. Ole has the financial responsibility for the projects managed by Momentum, including liquidity control, budgeting and annual accounts.
Ole joined Momentum in 2015 and currently has a team of 5 colleagues.

Head of Operations
Holds a M.Sc. (Business, Administration and Languages (English and German)). Kristian has worked in Momentum since 2010 with project administration; e.g. project optimisation, project appraisal, contract management and project strategy.
He is currently leading a team of 7 colleagues having the operational responsibility for the project portfolio.
Kristian plays a big part in establishing strategic partnerships and heads the process of repowering projects currently under development in Momentum.

Background as BA (Hons) in economics of international business. Christian joined Momentum’s German subsidiary being responsible for expanding the German market in terms of mergers and acquisitions, projects under management, repowering and project sourcing.
Christian has recently worked as CEO and Fund Manager for a green investment fund seeded with capital from Danish institutional investors and has been in the wind industry since 2003. Hereof working 5 years for Vestas Central Europe within Germany, East Europe and the former Soviet countries.

Geschäftsführer, Momentum Deutschland GmbH
Christian became active in the wind energy sector at Vestas Deutschland GmbH in 2007 during his business administration course at the FH Flensburg.
After completing his studies, he became an account manager at Vestas for the Southern region (western and southern Germany, part of eastern Germany).
In 2010, Christian got involved with more technical and commercial management, dealing with wind energy and photovoltaic systems. He continued pursuing the activities of a classic operations manager until April 2013, where he was partly responsible for over 125 WPP installation assets run by Vestas, NEG Micon, GE, Enercon, REpower/Senvion, Nordex and Frisia.
In parallel, Christian participated in the development of an operating company subsidiary for the service and maintenance of wind power plants. He also took over key customer management in this area.
Additionally, Christian has experience as operations site manager for a PV plant manufacturer, closely linked with additional activities in the parent company within wind and biogas.
In 2014/2015, Christian founded the FWS GmbH in Flensburg acting as managing director, participating actively in the fields of operations management and sales. Adapting to the market and requirements for services relating to the sector of clean energy.
Following the take-over by Momentum Deutschland GmbH he is a member of the management team at Momentum.

Holds an Advanced Higher Vocational Education Diploma in Project management and economy and studied Wind energy at the University of Gotland.
Martin joined Momentum’s Swedish subsidiary being responsible for expanding the Swedish market in terms of asset management contracts, mergers and acquisitions, projects under management, repowering and project sourcing.
Martin has worked in the wind industry since 2008 and recently as Head of Business Development at Rabbalshede Kraft AB. Formerly been consultant for several companies as project manager, sales consultant, performing due diligence etc. at wind projects.
Key competencies: Project management, investment calculation, due diligence, pre-study, planning & risk analysis, market intelligence (Sweden), brokerage, optimization of operational wind farms, power and certificate market.
